Subaru Sport Coupe Caught Testing

Subaru likes to keep their test vehicles under wraps - but a new (and still highly rumored) sports coupe was caught testing out on the track.

The two-door test vehicle will most likely resemble the FT-86 sportscar that was shown off at last year's Los Angeles Auto Show. It will take design cues from the Impreza, Subaru's best selling model.

You can bet that this prototype is an STI variant, given its enormous hood scoop.

Subaru Legacy Performance Edition

No, this is not a special edition of the all new Subaru Legacy - the updated ride is just perfect on it's own.

Powering the all new Legacy is a 2.5-liter horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder engine, which is relatively smooth for a four-cyl. This produces 170 horsepower with 170 pounds-feet of torque, and is enough to make the car very spirited. Its continuously variable transmission is smooth, shifting unnoticeably most of the time. Buyers can upgrade to a turbo with 265 hp and 258 lb.-ft. of torque - you can also opt for a flat six with 256 horses and 245 lb.-ft. of torque.

Black Friday

So, yesterday was Thanksgiving. I, like most people, ate WAY too much food and slept like a baby after the hurricane of mashed potatos, gravy, casserole, turkey, pie, ice cream, and whatever else you can think of finally subsided. Heuberger is definitely open for business today and from what I can tell there is a healthy buzz in the air as we approach eleven a.m. on this Black Friday 2010.

Adopt til'you drop

Heuberger Motors is partnering again this year with the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region in an event called "Adopt til'you drop." Conveniently, this event runs in conjunction with Subaru of Americas 3rd annual "Share the Love" campaign. The Humane society is currently in the running for a $10,000 grant provided by the ASPCA, which interestingly enough, is also one of the 5 organizations benefitting from "Share the love." Both events will…

Subaru Launches 2011 Mediocrity Campaign

Subaru's latest ad doesn't show off any new rides, but those of a fictitious brand called Mediocrity Motors.

This clever campaign features "designer" videos, driver testimonials and picture galleries all about the 2011 Mediocrity and its dull, stable, no-frills likability. The car is beige and boring, with no "bells and whistles" - that's what these drivers are passionate about...or I guess not passionate since they have zero energy in their lives.

2011 Subaru Forester Revealed

Subaru has unveiled the new 2011 Forester for the US market, just in time for the holidays! Forester will feature an all-new 2.5L 4-cylinder horizontally opposed 'boxer' engine. This powerplant has been rated at 170 horsepower and 174 lb-ft of torque. Pretty good for Subaru! It will come available at your local dealer with a manual or automatic transmission.

As far as the EPA is concerned, Forester passes the test - with averages of 21
